There is already little resistance to scientific evidence regarding the impacts of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) and their influence on the climate crisis [1]. We are bombarded by news of extreme weather events everywhere, such as floods, crop failures, heat and cold waves, rising sea levels, loss of glaciers, fires, etc.


It is also in the public domain the knowledge that this situation has its main cause in human action, resulting from disorderly economic development and the exploitation of available resources at a speed incompatible with the natural recovery capacity of terrestrial biomes.
