China wants to build mega wind complex with power equivalent to 30 energy reactors

The complex would be in Guangdong province, in southern China, and would bring together thousands of wind turbines (such as wind turbines), which together would be capable of generating an impressive 43.3 gigawatts (GW) of electricity.

This is equivalent to the energy output of 30 nuclear reactors – and is enough to power 20 million homes.

The park would be completely offshore, with the turbines installed at sea.
